Ryan has developed a reputation among his clients for his energetic and creative approach to the retail leasing, and tenant representation sectors of the real estate marketplace.
Ryan Wicknick joined PPC Utah Commercial Real Estate at the beginning of 2010, bringing with him a vast array of experience in the real estate industry.
Ryan began his career as a community manager for Gold Medallion Homes, in that position he worked closely with Kennecott Land, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, in the acquisition of residential land, and the mass disposition of single family homes in the Daybreak community. Using his experience at Gold Medallion Homes, he moved into a position in the NAI Utah Layton office focusing on retail leasing and investment sales. Mr. Wicknick led the office retail group in number of transactions as well as total transaction volume for 2009; subsequently qualifying him for the Rookie of the Year award within the NAI Utah organization.
