Carter Randall has been a dedicated commercial real estate professional for nearly 20 years. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on his clients’ success by understanding their unique needs in every transaction. His work with investors, tenants, and property owners has allowed him to hone his negotiation skills and facilitate successful outcomes across various sectors of the commercial real estate industry.

In 2008, Carter founded PPC Commercial to better serve the North Davis and Weber County markets. His leadership and commitment to excellence have earned him CoStar’s “Power Broker” Award consistently from 2013 through 2024. Notably, in 2017, he leased more retail space than any other broker in the state of Utah.

Beyond his regional focus, Carter has played a key role in the national expansion of major brands. He helped Get Air Indoor Trampoline Parks grow from a local Utah company into an international brand, negotiating over 70 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Additionally, as the master broker for The Picklr, an indoor pickleball franchise, he has supported the company’s growth from a single location in South Weber, Utah, to the fastest-growing franchise in the U.S., with nearly 45 open locations and 40 more projected to open by the end of 2025.

Carter is a family man, married with four children. For over 12 years, he has volunteered his time coaching his children’s basketball and golf teams, and with two younger daughters gearing up to start their athletic journeys, he’s excited to return to coaching.

He also contributes his leadership expertise beyond real estate. Carter serves on the Board of Directors for The Picklr and the Ogden Golf and Country Club, where he served two terms as president. During his tenure, he oversaw the complete renovation of the golf course and negotiated a three-year contract with the Korn Ferry Tour to host the Utah Golf Championship.

As the majority owner and Principal Broker of PPC Commercial, Carter continues to lead with energy, integrity, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in both business and the community.
